Recruiting Philosophy



In 2013, APQC conducted a survey on recruiting metrics and trends to examine the recruiting philosophies that organizations most closely adhere to and whether these philosophies are related to the number of challenges that recruiting organizations face. Based on these results, suggestions are made on how recruiting organizations can improve on their performance.
