Classic Content

The organizations featured in APQC’s Putting Knowledge in the Flow of Work Best Practices Study supplement their KM core teams by recruiting employees in the business units to help promote and enable knowledge sharing.  In addition to disseminating information and performing administrative duties, the employees act as KM evangelists and change agents. They also help bridge the gap between the corporate KM group and the people who use KM by integrating the tools and approaches into the flow of employees’ normal routines and work processes.
