FiberHome, a product manufacturer and solution provider in the field of information technology and telecommunication equipment, previously adhered to traditional management methodologies that relied on systems, rules, regulations, and manuals. To establish a competitive advantage and improve its organizational performance FiberHome decided to change to a process-oriented organization. This case study looks at FiberHome’s process transformation and how it used APQC's Process Classification Framework SM (PCF) as a reference tool for FiberHome’s initial process planning efforts to understand, define, and organize its processes.
