Ongoing organizational support is essential to productive, sustainable mentorships. For this reason, most of the organizations featured in APQC’s Workplace Mentoring research supply mentors and mentees with tools and/or templates to facilitate constructive interactions.
This article describes common tools used by the organizations to help mentors and mentees manage their relationships, communicate effectively with their partners, and identify appropriate learning opportunities to supplement one-on-one mentorship.
