At APQC's 2014 Process Conference, Brandon Burgess, principal process engineer and Krishnan Krishnaiyer, vice president process excellence from Pearson explained how they used APQC's Process Classification FrameworkSM (PCF) as the foundation and common language to facilitate the co-development of standardized finance and operations processes. Both Brandon and Krishnan are members of the global change and process excellence team. The following slides were used during the presentation at APQC's 2014 Process Conference.
