People Challenges at Work: Survey Summary Report

In 2016, APQC polled more than 200 professionals to find out if the action or inaction of others was getting in the way of achieving objectives at work. This report summarizes the findings from the poll. It reveals the top challenges that participants have with the people they manage and the top challenges that participants have with the people who manage them. And, it uncovers the effect that these challenges are having on workers and organizations today.
