Employee self-service corresponds with high productivity and efficiency in payroll. Many organizations use technology to support employee self-service in processing payroll. Reasonably priced and relatively easy to implement and maintain, payroll technology is no longer reserved for large organizations. Organizations have no excuse anymore to stall plans to implement payroll self-service technology.
