At APQC's 2014 Process Conference, Mitchell Weisberg, managing director at the management advisory firm Lumen Inc., shared his views on excellence in performance management. Weisberg took the audience through an assessment designed to clarify performance management maturity. His performance management model evaluates three dimensions of maturity: organization and culture, process and methodology, and technology and data.
