Moving Your KM Toolkit to Office 365



Microsoft’s Office 365, or O365, has become the most widely used cloud service. Although O365 can empower employees, save time, and enable collaboration, it can also disrupt how organizations work. Hence, a lot of change comes with adopting 0365, including what tools to adopt, how to execute work, how it affects knowledge management (KM) strategy and tactics, and how to roll it out with good change management and governance.

This article summarizes a Think Tank session at APQC’s 2019 KM Conference regarding the impact Office 365 has on organizations, including potential solutions based on the participants' experiences.
