Microsoft Makes Knowledge Accessible Through Artificial Intelligence and Bots



Cory Banks, a principal consultant in Microsoft’s adoption and change management practice, focuses on how businesses can more efficiently and effectively operating and manage knowledge using modern toolsets.  

In his presentation at APQC's 2018 Knowledge Management conference, Banks shared insights on practical uses for robots (“bots”) and artificial intelligence in KM, in addition to demonstrating how to build a conversational bot using Microsoft Azure.
