Measure Engagement with Content and the User Experience

APQC asked the participating organizations in its Connecting People to Content Best Practice Study how they measure the health of their content management efforts.

In comparing the organizations identified as "best practice" those who sponsored the research, the research found that best-practice organizations tend to focus their measurement efforts on assessing employees' level of engagement with available content as well as the overall user experience.
