The measure Total cost to perform the process “Manage enterprise information,” excluding depreciation/amortization, per $1,000 revenue depicts the cost for this process normalized by organizational revenue or budget. Examining process cost by revenue allows for comparison between organizations of different sizes in terms of organizational revenue/budget.
