Today’s HR functions are performing moderately well. What will it take to reach a higher level of HR performance in the future?

APQC and AIMC (Association of Internal Management Consultants) conducted a survey of HR professionals in the second half of 2012. Responses were received from 162 HR practitioners who represented a range of industries and organization sizes. Participants answered questions about current HR delivery and performance. They also offered their perspectives on potential changes in the HR profession and how HR professionals can prepare.
