Liberty Mutual, based in Boston, is a diversified global insurer with more than 50,000 employees and one of the largest property and casualty (P&C) insurers globally. At APQC's 2015 Knowledge Management (KM) Conference, Beth Houlis, who is developing and implementing a KM program for the IT organization at Liberty Mutual, spoke along with Mary Ellen Sullivan, who is doing the same thing within Liberty Mutual's commercial insurance underwriting group.
