At APQC's 2016 Knowledge Management (KM) Conference, Matt Gehrig, who works in business technology for Pfizer Global Services (PGS), discussed how PGS is leveraging out of the box and custom applications from SharePoint to enhance global collaboration, expertise location, and content management, to provide a KM "one stop shop" for colleagues. In this session, Gehrig discussed a number of KM tools that PGS developed internally using SharePoint.
