In this one-hour community call, BAE Systems' John Hovell, technology manager of learning operations and technology, discusses how the organization adapted the Jane Hart's Workforce Development Services Framework to meet the learning needs of its employees. BAE Systems modified the framework in order to combat knowledge loss, minimal knowledge sharing, an inability to find expertise, and having  low knowledge maturity.
