At APQC's 2015 Process Conference, Carrie Tracy, a senior knowledge manager and a dedicated resource on the client services team at RelayHealth, a McKesson Corp. business, shared a story of the process and program that was implemented by her client services team in response to training challenges her team was facing. Entitled, "Knowledge Transfer--A Process, Not an Event!" her presentation focused on how her team established and accomplished four goals to improve the team's training process, and successfully put in place specific knowledge transfer processes that produced positive outcomes.
