Knowledge Transfer for New Employees at Nalco Company



Dan Flynn, knowledge management (KM) manager at Nalco Co., talked about the organization’s onboarding process for its sales and services employees at APQC’s 2013 KM conference. Nalco’s program is a 26-week period where new field sales engineers are put through a rigorous process that not only includes their day-to-day responsibilities, but exams, readings, and training.
