On January 26, 2016, APQC CEO Carla O'Dell and KM Research Program Manager Lauren Trees talked about the current state of knowledge management and where they see the discipline headed. The presentation was intentionally branded as "2016 and beyond" because many of the trends and topics discussed are far-reaching. Some of the highlighted changes are already happening (and will continue to build throughout the next few years); others may not be imminent, but they're big shifts and O'Dell and Trees think organizations should start thinking about them now so they're not caught off guard.

Attendees of this webinar learned about:

  • which hot topics APQC's audience focused on in 2015;
  • where APQC sees the biggest changes on the horizon and how those changes might affect the day-to-day workings of KM; and
  • APQC's research plans for the next year.
