Telling us the median value

Telling us the median value is one thing but at what percentage do the best in class fall. If the process for new products delivered on schedule is 75% and behaves like a standard deviation this tells me 200+ organizations fall above 75% - how far where do the top 50 or 10% fall - 80, 85, 90 - this is the information that is more valuable.
