Thank you for your comment. The benchmarks for this industry can include both merchandise and indirect purchases. Respondents to the Open Standards Benchmarking assessment are asked to provide information for their subset of the organization rather than the organization as a whole.

Do the Procurement benchmarks for Retail/Wholesale Industry cover procurement for "Goods for Resale" (store merchandise) or "Goods Not for Resale" (office supplies, store fixtures etc) , or both?
