At APQC's 2013 Process Conference, Joe Pokorski, manager of Business Process Improvement, presented on Intel Finance's journey of moving from a functional view of processes to a true end-to-end view of processes. Pokorski talked about the challenges Intel faced when moving to a standardized approach, and the benefits of incorporating Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Management into the organization?s processes.
