In early 2015, APQC conducted research on the plans organizations have for modernizing aspects of their procure-to-pay process. In this interview conducted as part of the research, Kelly Bears of Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores discusses how her organization is streamlining the indirect procure-to-pay process within certain business units.
