How a Standard Chart of Accounts Affects Analytics Maturity



Analytics is the hot topic today. But if the enterprise lacks a common language for tallying monthly progress toward financial plan targets, it’s not going to get very far in attempting to discern meaningful drivers of revenue growth, product profitability, or how the flow of goods across the value chain impacts cash flow and ultimately capital efficiency.
