During the call, Vishal Agnihotri, KPMG’s global implementation and adoption lead for Global Knowledge Services, presented the story of how KPMG used knowledge management and change management to solve key organizational challenges.

Agnihotri explained how knowledge sharing tools--such as enterprise social networks, people and skills directories, and networks and communities of practice--helped KMPG deal with:

  • resource limitations and organizational silos hampering productivity,
  • the varied experiences and expectations of a multigenerational work force, and
  • the need to onboard a large number of new hires each year.
