How Coveo Leverages the Long Tail of Enterprise Knowledge



At APQC's 2014 Knowledge Management (KM) Conference, Coveo Chief Knowledge Evangelist Diane Berry discussed ways to make enterprise knowledge more accessible to employees while helping them quickly identify information and experts relevant to their work. One key to accomplishing this is enabling what Berry calls the “long tail” of enterprise knowledge, a concept adapted from Chris Anderson’s book The Long Tail: Why the Future of Business Is Selling Less of More.
