At APQC's 2014 Knowledge Management (KM) Conference, Lisa Matway, competency development manager at Chevron, discussed the way in which Chevron leverages preexisting processes and practices to increase employee engagement with the organization's practices and tools. In her presentation, Matway explained how people tasked with KM responsibilities can creatively address opportunities in their organizations.
