FP&A As A Strategic Business Partner



On a recent APQC webinar on Financial Management, Jeff Wuest, president and cofounder of SynFiny Advisors and a former finance executive at Procter & Gamble, discussed how organizations can move up the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) maturity ladder by utilizing real-time analytics.
