Find a Way to Measure—Or at Least Demonstrate—the Value Provided by Enterprise Content



Most organizations must, at some point, justify content management investments by demonstrating business value provided by enterprise content. The best-practice organizations in APQC's Connecting People to Content study demonstrate value by linking content to improvements in customer satisfaction, showing content management's impact on employee development goals, collecting success stories, and/or calculating time savings and return on investment (ROI) from content.
