The Evolution of High-Potential Talent Programs



As learning and development becomes increasingly individualized to focus on each employee’s strengths, how will high-potential talent programs adapt to best serve organizations? This article reviews current practices among high-potential development programs in the context of increasingly complex organizational needs. Looking at approaches to setting criteria and then identifying, developing, calibrating, and placing talent, this article provides organizational examples and examines what practices would benefit from being updated.
