Enterprise Risk Management: What Boards Need to Know

Details

Most boards are concerned about enterprise risk, but not all have a good handle on what they should be doing. Very often, management brings the top 10 or top 20 risks into the board room and the risks are discussed. Experience shows that this does not lead to effective oversight.

In this interview, Richard Steinberg, founder and CEO of Steinberg Governance Advisors Inc., talks about business risk management and corporate governance. Steinberg is a nationally recognized expert on governance, risk management, and compliance who advises boards of directors of major multinational, large, and middle market companies on board responsibilities and governance best practices.
