Marc Drizin is founder and chief instigator at Employee Hold ‘em, an HR consultancy. In 2009 and 2010, Drizin served as a subject matter expert for APQC’s Collaborative Benchmarking study, Rewarding, Engaging, and Retaining Key Talent. This article describes his model for showing the progression from training talent to educating talent to developing talent and correlating these progressions to the appropriate reward and recognition practices of an organization.
