Digital Supply Chain Transformational Guide: Essential Metrics

Details

APQC has partnered with the Center for Global Enterprise (CGE) to conduct research on supply chain performance metrics. Leveraging APQC benchmarking data and CGE research, this guide aims to help senior supply chain executives understand some of the key metrics needed to transition companies towards a truly digital supply chain. This guide is the result of extensive research and numerous consultations with industry leaders, practitioners, and academics.

The report has four major sections:

  1. Traditional Supply Chain metrics
  2. New metrics that account for change in the areas of demand, people, technology, and risk
  3. A comprehensive Transformation Maturity Assessment
  4. Guidance on how companies can implement these new digital supply chain changes

The implementation of these new measures, combined with certain existing traditional metrics, will help companies accelerate their transition to a digital supply chain.

This white paper is shared in APQC's Knowledge Base with permission from the Center for Global Enterprise as a result of its relationship with APQC.
