At APQC's 2015 Process Conference, Amy Squires and Suzanne Geigle, enterprise transformation strategists, shared lessons learned from MITRE Corp.'s journey toward agile, data-driven process and performance management. Entitled "Moneyball Meets Government: Lessons on Agile, Data-Driven Process and Performance Management," their presentation focused on MITRE's development of predictive processes and tools for agencies to simulate the potential effects of proposed employee performance measures and to ultimately remove barriers to more agile, responsive agency operations.
