Opower's internal wiki is a knowledge repository with over 20,000 pages. Although it has less than 500 users, the wiki typically receives 140,000 page views per month. Immediately after inception, the wiki was generating 600 new pages each month.
While these metrics suggested a thriving wiki, information credibility and accessibility became issues for its users. This presentation describes how Opower diagnosed these problems and built a new resource within the wiki that made it easier for teams to find and interact with the content they needed the most.
