Liberty Bank, like many organizations, struggled with establishing a culture of continuous improvement. Its employees were disengaged and its checklist approach to identifying improvement areas met resistance. By integrating elements of employee engagement and crowdsourcing  into its process improvement efforts it was able to enhance its approach, resulting in an engaged workforce and over 30 new improvement projects.
