APQC focused its 2013 Transferring and Applying Critical Knowledge Best Practices Study on strategies and processes for identifying, capturing, transferring, and applying knowledge. One thing that came through loud and clear during the study is that each best-practice organization has a clear understanding of its culture—including the needs, preferences, and attitudes of its work force—and has built its program around those nuances.
