Continuous Improvement Quick Poll Summary Report



APQC and Supply Chain Management Review collected information from 132 people about the use and planned adoption of continuous improvement within their supply base in August 2018. Continuous Improvement refers to the ongoing improvement of business processes in terms of outcomes such as quality, cost, and/or cycle time. Some examples of continuous improvement methodologies are Lean, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, Value Stream Mapping, and Plan Do Check Act (PDCA).
