Over two years, what started as a pilot became a full-fledged enterprise-wide knowledge management program that integrates KM into the flow of work. By leveraging a model that manages the “people side of change,” Bechtel's KM program has dramatically accelerated how employees capture, share, and access business-critical information across its global portfolio.
