Capturing the Knowledge That Really Matters



Organizations are dealing with ever-increasing amounts of knowledge and information, and it can be overwhelming to employees. APQC held a Think Tank session at its 2019 KM Conference to discuss how organizations can identify the “right” knowledge to capture and transfer. Based on the group discussion, this overview suggests tips and tricks for when organizations struggle with too much information and when all knowledge seems critical.
