Building Customer-centric Processes



At APQC’s 2016 Process Conference, Clean Stream founder Matts Rehnstrom presented a case study on healthcare in Sweden to highlight the need for customer-centric processes. Rehnstrom offered five keys to making the process equal the customer experience, which benefits the organization as well as the customer.
