Best-practice Firms Leverage Social Channels for Content Management



As part of its Connecting People to Content Best Practices Study, APQC asked participants how they use social channels to surface employee content needs and identify valuable resources.

APQC noticed certain differences between the organizations identified as "best practice" (also referred to as partners) and the organizations that sponsored the research. A few sponsor organizations are testing the waters of social, but the partners are significantly more mature in their application of social data to inform content decisions and recommendations.
