“If Schneider knew what Schneider knows” is the vision for Schneider Electric's three-year enterprise community program, which is designed to engage employees. Starting from scratch, with executive support, this program was accelerated by the launch of a social collaboration platform months after deployment. This presentation, delivered at APQC's 2014 Knowledge Management (KM) Conference, describes the organized deployment of the community program to answer strategic objectives, including how Schneider measures value and recognizes the effort of community leaders.
