APQC Reveals Effective Ways to Locate and Connect with Experts and Expertise



In early 2013, APQC surveyed 147 knowledge management (KM) professionals to learn what tools and approaches their organizations use to surface experts and expertise within the work force. At APQC’s 2013 KM conference, Senior Consultant Darcy Lemons and Research Program Manager Lauren Trees shared results from the survey, highlighting specific elements of expertise location approaches that correlate with higher rates of perceived effectiveness.
