At APQC's 2015 Knowledge Management (KM) Conference, KM Research Program Manager Lauren Trees shared results from recent APQC research on content management and delivery, expertise locator tools, and enterprise social networking. She also combined insights from various APQC studies to describe how organizations integrate access to content, experts, and peers into a comprehensive program to address enterprise knowledge needs.
