Customer satisfaction is a leading measure of success for most organization and customer-centricity is at the core of many strategic initiatives. Hence, organizations continue to look for tools and methods to improve their customer-focus on everything from new product development to process improvement.
To explore this topic APQC conducted a short poll to better understand more around design thinking; particularly how omnipresent is the adoption of the methodology, what functions are using it, and what are the pressing challenges organizations experienced during adoption.
