Analytics in the Supply Chain - Executive Summary



With most organizations experiencing increased investments in analytics, a 2016-17 APQC research project found that supply chain professionals are using analytics to reduce costs, provide visual tools to help decision makers review data, improve customer satisfaction, and improve productivity. Recognizing patterns in how customers, suppliers, and employees behave can highlight small changes that lead to big gains.
