The topic of learning—individual, project-based, and organizational—is one of incredible importance to organizations. Organizations are constantly challenged to keep the rate of employee learning greater than or equal to the rate of change.
But before one can explore how to accelerate the rate of employee learning, one must first understand how adults learn. This article overviews the adult learning process, adult learning styles, and the key principles of adult learning. It concludes with several learning “hacks” that organizational leaders can use to accelerate their own ability to learn.
