2014 Knowledge Management Priorities

Details

In late 2013, APQC surveyed 418 members of our knowledge management (KM) audience to find out:

  • what KM goals their organizations are prioritizing for 2014,
  • which new technologies and trends are gaining the most traction, and
  • where organizations have allocated KM funds for the coming year.

This report uses the survey findings to describe where KM programs are headed in the coming year.
