This webinar shows how developing this business architecture has proven to be an extremely valuable communication device; has been further embellished with subsequent initiatives; and how it is driving efficiency and reducing costs. Simplot Australia has used APQC’s Process Classification Framework  to establish a common business architecture to measure capability gaps across the business related to people, process, technology and information issues, risks, and requirements. Gaining consensus both at a divisional and enterprise level, they have been able to identify the most urgent capability gaps to address and developed a series of recommendations for closing these gaps and incorporating them into strategy execution initiatives.
